We are committed to providing choices that are energy efficient, use less of our natural resources to construct, and lend themselves to more modern recycled building products if the builder chooses.

There are many advantages to our earth shelter designs that you may take into account. Earth shelter homes are very energy efficient, requiring 50 to 75% less heating and cooling compared to a traditional house. They are low in cost per square foot, and have lower insurance rates. They are also very low maintinence and the possiblilities for their design is endless. Inside, an earth shelter home is spacious, light, and inviting. Also, our earth shelters are designed so that a regular contractor can finish the construction of the home once they have been started.
